Blueberry Picking

Okay, I think this is the last update from summer vacation.  I completely forgot to include this in my trip post to Oregon!

Very close to our yurt campsite, there was a blueberry farm. The bushes there were loaded with blueberries.  One morning we picked blueberries--$1 a pound!--and then had them for breakfast.  Deb brought half and half to serve with them.  Hmmmm...soo good.  Besides those foil dinners we had up in Shenandoah National Park, Cal said the blueberry breakfast was his favorite camping food this summer.  Thanks Deb and Matt!

One of my favorite things this summer was seeing Elden in his cute flip flops.

It would be so fun to go back to Oregon sometime.  Bunkers, we need to plan a trip!!!

That is a KILLER deal on blueberries. Aldis here has stopped selling them because of a blueberry shortage nationwide (all the rain?) so you got TOTALLY lucky. I didn't get my freezer stocked with them this summer like I usually do!!!!
