Lois' baby shower

Last week Elden and I ventured up to Maryland for a day trip to attend Lois' baby shower.  She had no idea I was coming.  I definitely surprised her!  We left at 5:48am (I was trying to leave at 5:30, oh well) and got back home about 3:45pm.  We spent a little time that morning at her home and then went to the baby shower.  The ladies in her ward did a GREAT job.  You are awesome Mary! Lots of YUMMY food, lots of people, and great gifts!  I am so glad I went.

Several times people have asked Lois and I if we are twins.  We definitely look like sisters!  Sometimes people will see me at church and think "Did Lois curl her hair?" or something of the sort, and then realize it's her sister.


Congrats on the upcoming baby Lois!  Thankfully Lee was working in Elkton that day. The bus comes at 3:33 and I knew I would miss it.  Lee was able to come home for a few minutes to get the kids.  Elden did not want to go home.  He had a great time at Lois' and at the baby shower.  So glad we went!
