England-Church, Shaftesbury and Stonehenge

Sunday we headed out to church, which was about a half hour away. It was a small branch and it was great being there.  SOmething someone said at church that I thought was clever is this: When Satan reminds you of your past (meaning you get discouraged or something from your past sins and mistakes), remind Satan of his future! Since it was the Queen's Jubilee, we sang God Save the Queen on Sunday in England. It was quite touching!

This is what we had for lunch!  We had quite a lot left over!

Love the "British Garden Peas".

Back to church... haha, the Cry Room!

At the branch in Weymouth!

After lunch we headed to the peninsula by Weymouth.  We saw an Olympic memorial and then went to this awesome rock beach, Chesil Beach. Just lots of pebbles and rocks!

Elden didn't have his sneakers on and really, really wanted us to go back to the caravan to get his shoes, but we didn't have the time.

Lots of scum on this trip!  We also went down to the main building (guest center place) and talked to Clark as there was free wifi there.

Dinner!  YUM!

The next morning we packed up and headed to London via Shaftesbury.  There is a fun road in this town called Gold Hill that we wanted to check out.  Of course we had to stop at the public playground.

Gold Hill!

We then stopped at a bakery too.

On our way to London we unknowinly drove by Stonehedge!  I really wanted to see it, but we didn't plan to see it on this trip. People also discouraged us from stopped there, but after seeing it I wish we would have stopped. But, we saw it!!!

Like I promised, a post late, a picture of the caravan!
