All Seven...

We all went to church on Sunday! Last week Lee asked the doctor about bringing Elden to church. We have brought him shopping and outside, but those are places where he hasn't had basically any contact with people. The doctor said as long as he isn't held by people who have colds, Elden should be fine. We kept him covered during Sacrament meeting and the one time that someone wanted to see him, she was about 6 feet away. So it worked out well. Lee of course took care of him during my class that I taught and had him also during Relief Society so I could go by myself. Only 15 more months and Elden will be in nursery! (We really aren't counting down yet, as Elden is a super easy baby, but it's funny to think about.)

For the major highlights of the week, we got our van fixed last Monday and Tuesday. Since it was in the shop, Lee did extra biking and I did extra walking. I figured out how to put 4 kids on my double stroller. Clark has summer school at 8 am, so it's a push for me to get all the kids ready and out the door that early. But since we had to walk those two days, I had to leave even earlier. It was good exercise! Clark and Cal went to a friend's house one of those days.

Wednesday Lee took Elden in for a weight/temperature check. He weighed 6 pounds 3 ounces. Elden got his blood checked again on Monday and today he weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces. He will be three months old tomorrow!

Last Thursday I had a friend and her kids over to play. It was fun to have them over. Friday I took Elden to Columbia for his brain MRI I am glad I was there for a non- emergency. The noises the MRI makes reminded me of Dr. Who and a battle with the Daleks! It was very noisy. His MRI came back completely normal--something the doctors don't see very often! After the appointment I saw some of my hospital friends, Jing, Donna and Patty. On the way home I stopped in Osage Beach and went to the outlet mall. It was so FUN!

We enjoyed using our firepit again Saturday with some friends.

Last Monday I heard the girls chatting in the kitchen. I went to investigate...

Sounds like a nice Sunday! Love the numbers. When I was a kid we'd go to reunions for my great-grandparents descendants (they had 9 kids). We did the number thing too. I know I was WAY down on the list. So fun!

Wow, what a great posterity! I'm glad Elden's doing so well; what a blessing! I love Cal's birthday cake. You're so talented! I'm trying to figure out something cute to make for Connell's 2nd coming up soon, but I'm nervous I'll screw it up! Guess I won't know 'til I try! Love the updates.
