Bartholomew Family Reunion 2021

The annual Bartholomew Family Reunion came!  It was at Gifford Pinchot State Park in Pennsylvania. Lena and Mike hosted and it was awesome!  Each day we hung out at a pavillion.  There were crafts, food, visiting, games, fishing, kayaking and other activities.  We camped at Gifford Pinchot with Deb and Lena and families.

Clark and Jake

Darrell and others helped my dad down to the lake so he could go fishing with the grandkids.  There were also fun muddy areas to explore.

Haley paited these canvases.  Aren't they awesome?! I especially love the lighthouse.

My parents had their 50th annivesary June 3rd! We celebrated at the reunion with them again. There was a fun quiz game about my parents, a slideshow and then cake.

Sam bought them a HUGE chocolate bar.

So pretty!

Some of the girl cousins set up a tent right by ours.

Day 2 of the reunion! The day started off right for the kids with a snake in the road!

Then breakfast at Lena's campsite and scriptures.

We went to a different pavillion on the second day.  This one was more secluded, without the playground equipment nearby or the big parking lot.  But there was a big patch of moss and grass.  All the kids went over the top with a natural fairy garden.  Picture over load, but it was so amazing!

Oh and that morning some of us played frisbee golf.  But the course was so hard that we didn't make it that far.

More fishing! There was access to the lake near the other pavillion...just a little walk down.

Like the dead bugs?  Haha.  But wow, sooo cute!

Amazing!

LOVE!

Another dead bug.  Thanks Mr. Cicada.

More fishing.

More sleeping.

A big part of our reunions....The Pie Eating Contest!

I won the ladies round, but I'll have to go back to see who won the other rounds!

A view of the fairy garden.

That night we went to a park parking lot and lit off fireworks.

Annnnd.......that's the reunion!  We loved it!  Thanks Lena and Mike!  That night we headed home to catch a little rest, go to church, do some laundry, before heading out west.
