Clark turns 20! And Camp!

Elder Clark Robertson arrived home Saturday, was released later that day, went to the DC temple, he talked Sunday and then Shanna, Haley and I had camp Monday morning!  We left about 6;30am. Whew. Here are two family history stories I brought for camp for a devotional one night.

Random photos here and there.  This was the first big meeting of the day.

During camp the Briggs held a 3rd birthday celebration for their son Wesley who passed away. They assembled bags to donate to the children's hospital that worked on Wesley before he passed. They had dinner as well and a balloon release. Since just the young women had started camp, Clark, Lee and Elden were able to go to this.

An insert of a yummy meal at camp.  Brenda Wright does an amazing job with the camp food!  It's so good!

Back to camp....the group Haley was over. Groovy Groundhogs!

Capture the flag with forts.

More camp food!

The gaga pit is always a highlight and Haley was a master.

Shanna's group. Suspicious Squirrelz.

Not sure why this is in here...but this door is going away!  And the other in the second office as well at Lee's office. We decided to brick in the back of the building and get rid of the doors.

Time to make our own meals at the campsite.

Lee made meatloaf one night.

Our crew!

One night we did a really neat faith walk.  The girls stopped at different stations and heard little messages.  One by one young women were given their own little "candle"...battery operated.  At the end was a really beautiful set up with pictures and paintings of Christ, soft music and scriptures to read and time to write a little journal entry.  It was really nice and you could feel the Spirit testifying of Christ.

We left a half day early....Camp ended a Thursday afternoon but we left a Wednesday night.  Clark's 20th birthday was that Thursday. Happy Birthday Clark!!! I wanted to be home for that and then Friday we were heading out to Japan. Elden arrived at camp Wednesday afternoon, so he missed the lunch Thursday.

Haley, Shanna and I got our nails done for the Japan trip too.

A little sheep I made at camp.

Clark and Lee went to camp that night and picked up Elden.  Clark had fun seeing some people. Here he is with Derrick.

Clark and Mike Schill.

Happy Birthday Clark!

For his present he got a motorcycle license class.

Happy Birthday!  So fun we got to celebrate your birthday with you!
