I finished filing our taxes tonight. I enjoy doing this every year. This year we had some extra "complicated" things, but they weren't too bad and I LOVE submitting taxes online. This year I did it through TurboTax. I just have to put in a good word for them--they were great! I also got to file a state income tax return for North Carolina for FREE!!! Plus the federal was free too! Now the wait for the $...

Good job on taxes. I did mine a week or so ago and we're getting a FAT tax return. Paying off the credit card and saving the other half towards a down payment for a someday future house after we leave L.A.

Yes, I did like Titos much better the second time. Particularly the enchalada and guacamole.

The shoes are just Target tennis shoes. I think the regular price is around $10-15...but the best part is that you can buy them pretty big and they stay on fairly well. I did lose one at Rite-Aid one day but was able to find it. I hate that at this age that they kick off their shoes at random places.

Even at the outlets the Sketchers are still too much money!

My appointment is next Saturday and I can't wait. I love finding how much we're getting back. (hopefully a good year) :-)I don't dare do ours, but that's great that you enjoy it.

We use Taxslayer.com and e-file too. It usually costs $10, but I found out this year that it's free for military. Yay! So we're happily awaiting our refunds as well to pay off some credit card debt. (You guys have inspired us!)
