Shanna & Haley Graduate from everythi!!!

 Wow, it's graduation season!  Such a busy time, but so exciting.  Doubly exciting with twins!!! First up, Seminary Graduation. The teenagers at church attend an early morning religious class during the school year called seminary. They dedicate each year to a particular book of scripture. So one year they cover the Old Testamant/Pearl of Great Price, next the New Testament, then the Book of Mormon, then the Doctrine and Covenants. Each senior gets to say their favorite scripture and a brief testimony. Haley and Shanna did a lovely job--it was beautiful.

They had a fun season!  Excited for two more years with Elden!  Shanna earned MVP again for girls!

That night we saw a winning poster for Clark and his tennis team his senior year!  They went to semi-finals!

One of their last days of school the girls got to go to the elementary school to encourage the youngin's to graduate. So cute  They got to see their 5th grade teacher Ms. Francis!

My kids 5th grade teacher Ms. Mueller.  Sadly she's headed to Waynesboro to teach, but very excited for her.  I did copies for her for several years.

Time for the graduation party!  We hosted theirs on a Tuesday evening, which actually worked out great!

You can order these posters and the town puts them up by the basketball courts. I called Jordan at the town office to see if we could have them and she said yes.  I figured we could since we did buy them. Now I wonder what happened to Clark and Cal's. I didn't even think to go and get theirs. Oops!  Though really, what do you do with them after graduation?

Next up was the Massanutten Technical Center Graduation. Shanna graduated with her cosmetology certificate! Our friend Xavier graduated too I think with some sort of law enforcement certificate so it was fun seeing stuff about him too.

For a senior prank the class officers were going to do a wedding at the school, which was shut down and didn't happen. What they did do was hilarious. Each kid had a cheap fake ring and they gave them to their adminitrators when they were being congratulated.

We did our traditional Brusters ice cream run after graduation. Can't believe it's all over!  And lots of things just starting!!! So excited for these two amazing young ladies!
