Summer sadly ended. My favorite season of the year! We officially moved into the new office! YAY! It was a TON of work, but worth it. We are so excited to have our own place.
Haley is painting a mural for the vision therapy office! It's looking great!
This project is next...renovating the basement of the office building. Hopefully we'll have it done by the end of the year.
I went with my friend Katherine to another friend's store in Luray. Fun to see it!
I'm going to have to check out this waterfall! It's been fun finding out about some nature gems in Virginia.
Shanna started her first year of competition cheer. I was introduced to a whole new world almost! They are doing great so far this season!
They won some competitions!!!
Beat saber!
Christian was hanging out one afternoon and the kids made pizza. I love how Elden does his pepperoni.
We ate some pasta I bought in Italy.
Putting up freshened numbers. We had a fiasco with the address of our building. Lee and the signmaker didn't catch that the address was wrong...it's supposed to be 102, but it turned up 120. And the address is technically West E Street. And the sign is just E street. We should have just had the sign person scrape off the address on the business sign. Instead Lee went through quite the process to change the address of the office. It was funny, the town said the county is in charge of that. Then the county said the town does that....it was quite the back and forth. Finally we got a letter via email from the county offices stating that we had approval to change the address. Then the post office was complaining that they weren't going to deliver mail to us because the sign read E Street, not West E Street. Ugh. So after all the craziness with switching the address, we ended up scraping the address off the business sign. Not pictured below, but the original sign.
The mess before the magic. Lots of messes.
Lee rented a truck to move the equipment. He and Cal were able to do that all on their own!!!
And in the middle of all the work, life still went on! Shanna at a football game. She has to do sideline cheer if she wants to be on the competition cheer team.
Wasn't this so sweet?!
Friday night lights. We have the BEST view from the football stadium seats!
Mums for the new office! We now can stop calling it the new office, or the church building. Now we can just say, the office!
More life...Cal got his wisdom teeth out! Just three kids to go....
The lady who owns the Cupcake Company brought cupcakes! I think it's so sweet when patients bring treats to the office. I never think to do that for my healthcare providers.
More apple goodies. Apple fritters made by the one and only-Haley!
The first of the mural.
A gorgeous view. Sure going to miss this come wintertime.
