Our 11th anniversary came and went. We were married in the Provo Temple September 21st....and you guessed it, 11 years ago. Lee and I have known each other for 15 years. We met our freshman year of college and between missions, met back up the middle of August 2002. We were engaged a week later, and were married a month later.
And here we are 11 years later! We went to a local restaurant, Skyline Cafe. When Lee went to the dentist it asked on the form who they could thank for Lee being a new patient. Lee wrote my name down and they sent me a gift certificate! Thanks Dr. Whiting! That night a couple played bluegrass music. They were really good! I don't go out of my way to listen to bluegrass, but it was so fun to hear it live, and hear talented artists playing it!
We saw a couple from Elkton that we know and he took a couple pictures for us.
We swung by the grocery store and bought a thing of ice cream, then headed to Lee's office. There we ate ice cream and play battleship. Lee won. The kids had a great time at home with our friends Reilly and Katie. When we got home they were surprised to see us. Guess we should have stayed out longer! Happy Anniversary Lee--to the best husband! It's been a great adventure and will continue to be so.

Happy Anniversary!! Better brush up on your Battleship skills for next year :)
Haha, you're welcome about the gift certificate! Glad you came to the office, Lee. Hope you're doing okay with your extractions! Ruth, I want to hear more one day your story about getting engaged in a week and then getting married a month later! Whoa, what a whirlwind! Congratulations on 11 years!
